About the Role:

• Campaign Execution: Build and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, remarketing as needed)
• Research & Targeting: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
• Optimization: Improve performance through bid strategy, budget pacing, ad testing, and landing page alignment
• Testing: Run A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, and campaign structures to increase conversions
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) and optimize continuously
• Reporting: Deliver clear performance updates with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations
• Collaboration: Work with design/content teams to develop strong ad angles, copy, and supporting assets
