Role Responsibilities
— lead marketing performance analysis across paid, organic, and owned channels
— design and maintain scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards
— identify inefficiencies, growth opportunities, and performance gaps across campaigns
— partner with PPC, SEO, content, and strategy teams to improve measurable outcomes
— translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for decision-making
— define and monitor key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, conversion rates)
— ensure data accuracy, tracking integrity, and consistency across platforms
— support strategic decisions with data-driven recommendations, not assumptions

Ideal Candidate
— 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or data strategy
— deep understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics
— strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets
— experience with analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Looker, BI tools, etc.)
— ability to connect data insights with business and revenue impact
— structured thinking and high attention to detail
— strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
— experience in agency or multi-client environments is highly preferred
— professional English proficiency
